Quotations and engagements

Quotes provided through this website or by email are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins after written confirmation and, where applicable, payment of the agreed deposit. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in each proposal or service agreement, which prevails over these general terms.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to accounts, brand assets and approvals needed to deliver the work, and confirm that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

Results and liability

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's control, including platform algorithms and market conditions; figures on this website describe past client results and are not a guarantee of future performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to that claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are assigned to you, excluding our pre-existing tools, know-how and third-party materials which are licensed for use within the deliverables. We may reference non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Governing law
