Information we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us or that is generated by your use of the site:

Enquiry and quote forms — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range, your message, and the page you submitted from.
Newsletter signups — your email address.
Technical data — your IP address at the moment of a form submission (used solely for spam prevention), and standard analytics data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from IP.
Communications — the content of emails, calls or WhatsApp messages you exchange with our team.

Form submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised members of our team, so that we can respond to you and keep track of the conversation.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations you have requested.
To deliver and administer marketing services you engage us for.
To send our email newsletter — only if you subscribed, and every email contains an unsubscribe link.
To protect the website against spam and abuse.
To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics and — as a marketing agency that practises what it preaches — advertising measurement. These may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok pixels, which set identifiers to measure how campaigns perform and to build advertising audiences. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; essential features of the site will continue to work.

Analytics and advertising partners

Depending on the campaigns we run for our own brand, data may be processed by: Google (Analytics, Ads, and reCAPTCHA where enabled on our forms), Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram tools), TikTok, and our hosting/security providers. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and, where they act on our behalf, under data processing terms.

WhatsApp and other channels

If you contact us through the WhatsApp buttons on this site, your communication is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. We treat the content of the conversation with the same care as an email enquiry.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics and the platforms listed above — and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation or a competent UAE authority, or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers

Some of our providers store data outside the UAE. Where personal data leaves the UAE, we ensure the transfer is permitted under the PDPL — to jurisdictions with adequate levels of protection or under appropriate contractual safeguards.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries and quote requests — up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can serve returning prospects, unless a client relationship begins.
Client records — for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Technical and spam-prevention data — for short rolling periods.

How we protect your data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hardened forms with anti-spam controls, access restricted to authorised team members, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we protect your data proportionately to the risk.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it is processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request deletion of your data where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.
Object to, or request restriction of, certain processing — including direct marketing.
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Request your data in a portable format.

Comments and media

If we enable comments on our blog, we collect the data shown in the comments form along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. If you upload images to this website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can download and extract location data from published images.

Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links and embedded content

This site links to, and may embed content from, external websites and platforms we do not control (for example videos or social posts). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the source website directly, which may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with that content.
